"I have been going to Althea Medspa for years. I have had both laser hair removal and microdermabrasion. Both have been very successful. I have been to another spa and spent hundreds of dollars on laser hair removal and it did nothing. The work that I had done at Althea Medspa did work and it was less expensive. There is a small staff but they are personable and friendly. They know my name. It is not a big spa and it is not fancy. They do what they say they are going to do and there are no big sales pitches. I have never felt pressure to buy anything extra. The equipment is clean and I appreciate that they are not overbooked so you aren't rushed in and out like other places. This is a nice small business that treats their customers well. I did ask a lot about their laser equipment on my first visit due to the fact that I had spent so much at another spa with no results and face-to-face, I received an answer to all my questions. As for my microdermabrasion sessions, my face looks fantastic and they never over do it. I have sensitive skin and they take that into consideration. They know what they are doing here." *
